As a Speed Lab, we will now be offering speed training and sports performance for teams and athletes year round! This partnership with the Universal Speed Rating gives our facility access to the best data management platform on the market when it comes to helping athletes improve their speed. Backed by some of the top speed minds in the country, like Les Spellman and Tony Holler, the Universal Speed Rating is a platform that tracks an athlete’s speed data, provides competitive benchmarks, and shows them what they need to do to improve.
